Yes. The €450 setup is complete on its own — the heart, the neon sign, the carpet and the candlelight, built and cleared away for you. Plenty of couples book exactly that and nothing else. Everything above it is there if you want it, priced individually so you can see what each thing costs rather than being pushed into a package.
Up to a point. The setup itself we can adjust late, but a photographer, violinist or driver has to be booked in advance, and flowers are ordered a few days ahead. Tell us roughly what you're thinking now and we'll tell you how long you've got to change your mind.
The outdoor spots we use are normally very quiet — most of the time there's nobody there at all. They are public places though, so we'd never promise a completely empty location. If total privacy matters to you, an indoor or hotel setup guarantees it.
From around October onwards, outdoor setups carry real weather risk. We'll usually suggest either doing it indoors, or booking an indoor backup alongside the outdoor plan, so a bad forecast doesn't cost you the moment.
The sooner the better. We only set up one proposal a day, so once a date is taken it's gone — and autumn and spring evenings tend to go weeks ahead. We'd ask for at least a few days' notice so there's time to book the photographer and prepare the flowers.
Yes, and it's more common than you'd think. We can hide people nearby so they appear once she's said yes, or have them waiting a short walk away. Just tell us how many when you book so we plan the timing and the champagne around it.
